Service Description
Includes interior and exterior inspection, floor elevation survey, drainage assessment, and evaluation of the structure from within the crawlspace. Report delivered within 24 hours of the inspection start time. Prices listed in booking are the base price as determined by the sqft of the living space of the house. Payment is required prior to the release of the written report. A check on site is preferred, but a digital invoice can be sent for online payment if requested by the client.
Cancellation Policy
For booking within 12 hrs of a desired start time, please call. Canceling or rescheduling within 12 hrs of start time will result in a last-minute change fee of $100.
