Service Description

Includes interior and exterior inspection, floor elevation survey, drainage assessment, and evaluation of the structure from within the crawlspace. Prices listed in booking are the base price as determined by the sqft of the living space of the house. Payment is required prior to the release of the written report. A check on site is preferred, but a digital invoice can be sent for online payment if requested by the client.
