Includes exterior inspection and evaluation of the crawlspace to determine necessary actions from a drainage perspective. Prices listed in booking are the base price and based on desired report speed. Payment is required prior to the release of the written report. A check on site is preferred, but a digital invoice can be sent for online payment if requested by the client.
Cancellation Policy
For booking within 12 hrs of a desired start time, please call. Canceling or rescheduling within 12 hrs of start time will result in a last-minute change fee of $100.
