Over the span of a few months, haushepherd was able to advance the homeowner’s project by developing a construction scope, procuring contractor bids and assisting with negotiations/selection, and overseeing the execution of the work scope. As a result of the construction overseen by haushepherd, the house is now positioned in a more level state and has had multiple repairs/improvements to the substructure and foundation that will result in improved long-term performance.
